Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product knowledge, and fashion guidance.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source, develop and maintain customer relationships; follow up to close sales and build long-term loyalty.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and appropriately stocked.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and comfort using Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video product demos and data acquisition preferred.

Experience
