Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences.
- Build and deepen client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and promote omni-channel conversion.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap procedures, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor: serve multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to traffic and business needs, and ensure stockroom and sales floor are clean and organised.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; follow POS, pricing and asset-protection policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure at all times.
- Assist teammates across functional areas to support store performance and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable product and fashion trend knowledge; awareness of competitor landscape.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and using walkie-talkies; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background and experience with omni-channel/clienteling practices or social selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service desirable.
