Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying brand styling and service standards.
- Deliver personalised client experiences through styling advice, product knowledge and follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and facilitate purchases.
- Process transactions and manage order flows efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures while maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and trainings, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable ability with POS operation and basic IT proficiency (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and digital clienteling (preferred).
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post‑secondary study in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus but not mandatory.
