Coach in Taichung, Taiwan seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service and drive omni-channel retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and exceptional client experiences on the sales floor.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain visual standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist in functional areas as required and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS.
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and tracking client interactions.
- Comfortable using social selling formats (short-form video, live-stream shopping, video demos) to engage clients (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background and demonstrated success with omni-channel selling and clienteling are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.
