Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations; advise customers on product selection and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade pieces with clients’ wardrobes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, storytelling and follow-up to drive conversion and repeat visitation.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
- Present merchandise creatively on the selling floor to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and inspire customer exploration.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual merchandising support.
- Collaborate with team members, share constructive feedback and support omnichannel selling initiatives (virtual appointments, messaging, social commerce).
- Work a flexible schedule to cover peak periods, weekends, nights and public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English (or local language as required by the market) and comfort interacting with diverse customer profiles.
