Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all customer touchpoints.
  • Provide personalized styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and promote omni‑channel sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source and follow up with new and existing customers to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie operation.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; frequent climbing, bending and kneeling on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Social media savvy and experience with short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrable omni‑channel selling or social‑commerce experience is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
