Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering personalized, elevated client service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through curated styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Execute omnichannel selling: use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data, convert leads and fulfil sales.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and tailoring recommendations to client needs.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and stockroom management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized, following POS, asset protection and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, replenishment, stock movement) and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs dictate.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment, participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives, and act on feedback with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets and use a walkie‑talkie.
  • Strong English communication skills required.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrable clienteling or social selling experience is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion or customer service training is a plus. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Southaven, Mississippi, USA, with easy access to Memphis.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
