Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement).
  • Maintain store and stockroom organisation, adhere to POS and asset protection procedures, and support teammates across functions.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; receive and act on feedback with a professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and adapt selling techniques to varying customer needs.
  • Experience operating POS systems; proficiency with iPad/laptop and mobile POS devices.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques (live-stream shopping, short-form video) is preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
