Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build rapport through active listening and insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide personalised styling advice and create complete, on-brand looks that showcase multiple ways to wear products.
• Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge across categories, and proactive suggestion of complementary items.
• Execute efficient Point of Sale (POS) transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence: organise the stockroom, manage inventory, process receipts and support visual merchandising.
• Adopt omnichannel selling techniques (virtual consultations, social selling) and promote brand engagement on social platforms.
• Offer constructive feedback, collaborate with teammates, and support a professional, customer-centric store environment.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in apparel, accessories or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements (lifting, climbing, bending).
• English proficiency required for this market.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in styling, luxury or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
