Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans and applying cross-sell and upsell techniques.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory reception and replenishment, and support visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well-presented sales floor and stockroom and follow POS, cash-handling and asset-protection procedures.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and company-led programs; adopt feedback and sustain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic IT (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail, clienteling and omni-channel selling is highly desirable. Experience with social commerce or live-stream demonstrations is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
