Coach Sales Associate in Seoul — front-line retail role delivering luxury clienteling, omni-channel sales and social selling for Coach at Lotte Jamsil.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized client experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and closing transactions.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and create omni-channel sales opportunities.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain presentation and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
  • Adapt selling techniques to changing store traffic, manage multiple customers on the sales floor and support teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training sessions and inclusion programs, and accept feedback to refine service behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data-acquisition techniques is a plus.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in fashion or luxury retail. Experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live streaming commerce is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Seoul, Seoul, South Korea.
