Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in San Antonio, TX — deliver luxury retail service, drive omni‑channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized client experience.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling, and tailoring recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently while following POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor and organized stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while modelling professional behavior.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad; basic computer literacy required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering within the store environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
