Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture customer data and leverage social selling (including short-form video) to convert and retain clients.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and transaction processing (purchases, returns, online pickups).
- Maintain presentation and organization of sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and in-store training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English oral communication skills.
- Capable of working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury-retail exposure, social‑media selling or live‑stream/video demo experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
