Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confident, brand-led hospitality; demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling and relationship-building while meeting individual and store performance targets.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and keep the stockroom organised and operationally ready.
- Adopt omnichannel selling practices, including virtual and social-selling techniques, to support customer needs.
- Support inventory handling requirements, including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling tools and techniques.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in salesfloor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion or premium/luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in fashion, merchandising or retail management desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
