Coach in Park City, USA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clientelling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach on the sales floor as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and tailored fashion advice.
  • Drive revenue by cross-selling, upselling and presenting curated recommendations aligned to clients’ needs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and drive repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans and consistently meet or exceed personal and team KPIs.
  • Source new customers, conduct follow-up to close sales and maintain an active client book.
  • Manage multiple customers with high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS procedures and asset protection policies.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviours and maintain a calm, professional demeanour; routinely handle physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier loads (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop.
  • Proficiency in English (strong verbal communication) required.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social commerce techniques (live-stream shopping/video demos) preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, with the physical capability to lift, climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail. Demonstrable experience in omni-channel selling, clienteling and using mobile POS systems is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
