Undisclosed luxury brand in Paris seeks a Retail Sales Advisor to deliver personalised client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across all touchpoints, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify and qualify client needs to drive sales, upsell complementary items and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Manage the clienteling lifecycle, including appointment scheduling, follow-up communications and maintenance of accurate CRM records.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to maison standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment and meticulous housekeeping.
  • Support stock management activities: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks and prepare items for client reservations or shipping.
  • Collaborate with the store team on events, private appointments and product launches to maximise brand exposure and conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, client confidentiality requirements and local retail legislation.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium environment (typically 1–3 years preferred).
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage high-net-worth relationships.
