Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence; create rapport and demonstrate strong product knowledge across categories.
- Actively listen and ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle, offering personalised styling advice.
- Curate complete looks and recommend complementary items and add‑ons to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Tell the brand story and product narratives to drive conversion and visualise multiple ways to wear key pieces.
- Execute smooth point‑of‑sale transactions and ensure operational excellence (stockroom organisation, merchandising, inventory control).
- Adopt omni‑channel selling techniques including virtual appointments and social media led engagement to support sales targets.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with store team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain physical readiness for role duties (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and support busy‑period operations including holidays and events.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency required for this market.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrable selling results and direct customer‑facing styling experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
