Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Overland Park, Kansas to deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and relationship building.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Source new customers and maintain systematic follow-up to convert prospects and close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles and product movement.
- Adapt to peak business needs and manage multiple customers while sustaining high energy and service standards.
- Support and collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Uphold professional conduct, accept feedback, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and contribute to team targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile POS; competency using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkies; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Comfortable with social media selling, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience, demonstrated clienteling and omni-channel selling (including social or video commerce) are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
