Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary brand ambassador on the sales floor, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and follow-up to nurture repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and drive omnichannel conversions.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, complete inventory and replenishment tasks, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product and assisting with inventory counts.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong verbal English communication skills and comfort using social selling and short-form video for client engagement.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail, clienteling and omnichannel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or training in fashion, retail or business is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
