Coach — Sales Associate (part-time) in Orlando, FL at Disney Springs. Deliver luxury customer experiences and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalized styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized and fully stocked.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Uphold retail policies and asset protection procedures while demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor on the selling floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS on tablet or laptop; comfortable using walkie-talkie radios and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
