Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence; build rapport to understand individual style and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and suggestive add-ons to increase average transaction value.
- Operate POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience; manage returns and exchanges according to policy.
- Maintain product knowledge across categories and translate brand attributes into compelling customer recommendations.
- Support store operations including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
- Employ omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; encourage customers to engage with brand channels and social media.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform light to moderate physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience within a lifestyle or fashion brand preferred.
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling methods and social media awareness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- English language proficiency required for the U.S. market.
- Capability to perform physical requirements of the role, including lifting and manoeuvring merchandise.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; candidates with experience in luxury, lifestyle, or fashion retail are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
