Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Orlando, FL (Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets) focused on styling, customer experience and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and establish rapport, applying deep product knowledge to guide selections and create complete looks.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products to drive add-on sales.
  • Deliver a seamless checkout experience by executing accurate POS transactions and facilitating purchase decisions.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including replenishment, organization and inventory handling.
  • Engage customers through storytelling and relationship-building to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Adopt and apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to support online and in-store customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
