Coach (Tapestry) in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a part‑time Sales Associate at Penn Square to deliver elevated luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset protection procedures, and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live video commerce are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
