Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Ocean City, MD (part‑time). Hourly pay $15.00–$19.50; retail role focused on clienteling and omni‑channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Coach brand on the sales floor and deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling techniques (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
  • Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) and perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receipt, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom, following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in store initiatives, training and inclusion activities; assist teammates in other functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; retail background required and luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos; demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
