Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and establish rapport through active listening and insightful questioning.
- Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and recommend add-ons to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across categories and illustrate multiple ways to wear and combine pieces.
- Deliver seamless point-of-sale service and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, manage inventory and perform stock replenishment.
- Support omnichannel and virtual selling activities and engage customers via appropriate social channels when required.
- Celebrate customer choices and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Contribute to team feedback loops and uphold store standards during peak periods, holidays and special events.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role; demonstrated sales performance preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency required for the U.S. market.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting ~25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, with a record of professional selling and customer engagement; experience in styling or clienteling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in fashion, retail or visual merchandising is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
