Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and follow asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, multitask across customers and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable customer service outcomes.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic IT tools (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable with mobile and omni‑channel selling.
- Strong English language proficiency required for this role.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
