Coach seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in Newark, DE (Christiana Mall) to deliver luxury client service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: operate mobile POS, support online order pickups, process transactions, and leverage social selling and short-form video to convert customers.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and sourcing new clientele.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Support inventory cycles, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, inclusion activities and accept constructive feedback to refine performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using mobile POS systems and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social‑media savvy with familiarity or experience in live‑stream shopping, video demos, short‑form content, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Capable of regular lifting of at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and frequent bending, climbing and kneeling in a retail environment.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
