Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance by executing cross-selling and upselling techniques and meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Develop and follow a personal sales plan, proactively sourcing and following up with new customers to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and product movement while following POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with retail policies, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competency operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
  • Familiarity with clienteling and data-acquisition techniques; social-media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
