Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and ongoing follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture client data, convert traffic and support omnichannel fulfilment.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash-wrap procedures and basic cash handling.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, manage product movement and maintain a clean, merchandised sales floor and organised stockroom.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and assist teammates across functional areas to maintain service continuity during peak periods.
  • Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures, maintain a professional demeanour and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Practical experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive floor/stockroom tasks.

Experience
