Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in New York (Hudson Yards). Deliver personalised luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling: operate mobile POS, process in‑store and online orders, fulfil pickups, returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert prospects.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain a high‑energy selling floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Adhere to loss prevention, POS and retail policies; participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability using POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Demonstrated clienteling and social selling capability; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; luxury retail or omni‑channel retail experience strongly preferred. Experience with social selling, clienteling and mobile POS implementations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
