Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Natick, MA to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) — to capture customer data and convert engagement into sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, adhere to POS and asset protection procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; safely handle merchandise (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet flexible scheduling requirements.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred and will strengthen candidacy.
