Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: manage cash wrap, process inventory, replenish merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain an organized, customer‑ready sales floor and stockroom and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to uphold a professional floor presence.
- Perform physical tasks regularly, including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and moving merchandise.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and operate store communications (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform regular physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles; prior luxury or fashion retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
