Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to every client interaction.
  • Deliver elevated, personalised shopping experiences through product expertise, styling advice, and relationship-building to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, convert traffic, and support omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Perform daily store operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised and presentable sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and inventory-control protocols.
  • Source and nurture new clients; follow up to close sales and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; model adaptability and a calm, professional demeanour on the sales floor.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak season and high-traffic retail days; perform physical tasks up to specified lifting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
  • Familiarity with clienteling workflows and the ability to capture and utilise customer data.
  • Comfortable using social selling tools, short-form video or live-stream shopping for product demonstration and engagement (preferred).
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and use store communication tools such as walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule and to meet physical demands (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
