Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Utilise clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data, convert traffic and encourage repeat purchases.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor: manage multiple customers, keep the retail and stockroom areas organised, and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to uphold service and inclusion standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong commercial drive and customer focus.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy retail environment.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; previous luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
