Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and creating an elevated, personalized client experience.
- Build and sustain client relationships through product knowledge, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and curated recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs demand.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; lift and handle merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic retail technology (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills advantageous.
- Capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience preferred. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling platforms, and familiarity with social selling or video demo formats, is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
