Coach in Munich seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalised luxury service, drive omni-channel sales and support daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Engage omni-channel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation standards and follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Source and prospect new customers, perform timely follow-up to close sales, and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment; participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred, with demonstrable success in clienteling and meeting sales KPIs.
