Coach hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Ville Mont-Royal, Quebec — join Tapestry’s retail team to deliver personalized luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with company style and service standards.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and converting leads.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and facilitate omni-channel sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean and organized, and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Manage multiple customers on the floor, adapt selling techniques to business needs and assist teammates across functional areas when required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional, composed conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device usage (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
- Ability to read price/release sheets and operate walkie-talkies as required by store operations.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and social/video selling is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
