Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), perform cash wrap duties, and support inventory cycles (receive, restock, replenishment).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Familiarity with mobile POS systems, iPad/laptop operation, walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping, video demos or short‑form video selling and clienteling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy retail seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Minimum of one year in customer-facing retail sales; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable omni-channel/social selling or clienteling experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
