Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; track and meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and fully stocked.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and adapting to peak trading demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Demonstrable social media savvy and experience with social selling formats (short-form video, live-stream shopping, video demos) preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Miami, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
