Coach Sales Associate — part‑time in Metairie, Louisiana. Deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for Coach (Tapestry).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, iPad/laptop tools, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video/live demos) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures, receive shipments, stock and cycle inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Adapt to multiple customers and fast‑paced floor activity while supporting teammates across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training.
- Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and stockroom movement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie protocols and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or willingness to conduct live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and social selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; physically able to perform retail tasks and lift required weights.

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
