Coach (Tapestry) in McAllen, TX seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering personalized, elevated customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships using styling expertise, product knowledge, and proactive follow-up to generate repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate Mobile POS and store POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups quickly and accurately.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data and promote omni‑channel engagement.
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs; contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Adapt selling techniques to high-traffic periods; manage multiple customers while maintaining calm, professional service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and related experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and experience using Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail seasons.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in salesfloor and stockroom environments.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and experience acquiring and managing client data.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and omni‑channel selling exposure are preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
