Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations and personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video/live-stream formats) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory and visual standards: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory cycles and maintain sales floor and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to meet fluctuating business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/tablet use (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Strong English proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and social/live-stream selling is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
