Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Mashantucket, CT (Foxwoods) — part-time role focused on luxury retail sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert demand.
- Execute daily store operations: transact purchases, returns and exchanges; support online order pickup and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Support inventory activities including receiving shipments, processing inventory, replenishment and maintaining stockroom organization.
- Maintain high-floor standards: visual merchandising, merchandising resets, asset protection and compliance with retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to team performance, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred — combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling platforms preferred.
- Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to participate in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills; able to manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience is preferred and will be valued for clienteling and styling responsibilities.
Education
No formal degree required; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
