Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, upholding Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, stock receiving, replenishment, inventory cycles, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, online pickups).
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfort using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using omni‑channel selling tools.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
