Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Associate in London (Regent Street) to deliver personalised luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated customer service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture customer data, convert interactions and encourage repeat purchases.
- Operate transactions and omnichannel fulfilment efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and stockroom organised, and support inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stock movement).
- Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, loss prevention procedures) while maintaining service quality.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop for operational tasks.
- Familiarity with clienteling and data‑capture techniques; social selling and content creation experience (short‑form video or live‑stream shopping) is an advantage.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic operational competencies such as reading price/release sheets and using store communication devices (e.g., walkie‑talkie).

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling skills will be prioritised.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
