Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfort using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.
- Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or boutique experience and demonstrated track record meeting sales targets are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Livermore, California, USA, with easy access to San Francisco.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
