Coach (Tapestry) in Lisbon seeks a part-time Temporary Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs and team targets.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into transactions.
- Manage daily store operations including cash transactions, returns/exchanges, order/pickup processing, inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well-organized sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required to maintain service levels.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable success with clienteling and omni-channel selling are preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
