Coach in Lee, MA hiring a part-time Sales Associate — deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalized, elevated shopping experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, follow-up and data-driven clienteling.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Perform daily store operations: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and receiving shipments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; follow asset-protection and POS procedures.
- Support team members across functional areas, encourage a collaborative environment and participate in brand training and initiatives.
- Adapt to changing business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and sustain a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop). Comfortable with walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Familiarity with social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data-acquisition techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail and omnichannel selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
