Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers warmly; assess needs through active listening and insightful questioning.
- Provide personalised styling advice and compose complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products across categories.
- Demonstrate and communicate product attributes and brand DNA to inspire purchase decisions and repeat visits.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product cross-sell and add-on recommendations; support omni-channel and virtual selling.
- Operate the POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
- Uphold store standards, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays; perform routine physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Comfort with multi-tasking, prioritisation and collaborative, team-based workflows.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
