Coach in Laredo, USA seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; capture client data to support CRM initiatives.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to facilitate omni‑channel transactions and promote online pickup.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
  • Maintain asset protection procedures, follow POS and retail policies, and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently.
  • Support inventory cycles, stockroom organization and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and adapt to feedback while maintaining professional composure.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills; experience using mobile devices (iPad/laptop) in a retail environment.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, retail, merchandising or related fields is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
